To ensure prompt resolution, please provide the order number and keep the box, packing materials and the damaged items ready for inspection by our delivery partner.

Store Timings:

We are operational between Monday-Friday from 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM and Saturday from 9:00 AM to 12:00 PM, however, we are available online for 24 hours via our Instagram page @fragrances.bella.
